Kane County's Annual Rain Barrel and Compost Bin Program and Pickup Event Returns this Spring!  ​

Clean Water for Kane and Kane County Recycles are once again teaming up with The Conservation Foundation to offer low-cost rain barrels, compost bins, and accessories with no shipping cost. Upcycle Products rain barrels are available starting at $69.50 and UpCycle composters are available in limited quantities starting at $75.50.

Here's how it works: 

Pre-order today through May 5 on this website. You can also find a mail-in order form on that website, but the order deadline for mail-ins is May 2.

Pick up pre-ordered bins and barrels at the Creek Bend Nature Center at the LeRoy Oaks Forest Preserve (37W700 Dean St., St. Charles) on Friday, May 10th, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
